These terms govern your use of the investor portal operated by Fly Bazz Capital Private Limited. By registering or using the portal you accept them.

No live trading, order matching, bid/ask quoting, or public secondary market is offered. Interests acquired here are not publicly tradable and cannot be transferred through this website.

3. Eligibility
You may register only if you are of legal age and legally permitted to invest in a private company under the laws applicable to you. Allotments are made only after successful KYC verification and at the company's sole discretion. We may decline any application without giving reasons.
4. Risk warning
Investments in a private company are illiquid, long-term, and carry the risk of losing all capital invested.
Indicative distribution targets are expectations, not promises. No return of capital, dividend, or profit is guaranteed.
Holdings are subject to lock-in. There is no assurance any exit, buy-back, or liquidity event will ever occur.

5. Subscription and payment
Investments are funded by bank transfer to the company's designated account. An allotment is effective only once funds are received, the subscription agreement is executed, and the company confirms the allotment in writing. Receipts and certificates issued in the portal are records of that process.
6. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and two-factor device secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend an account where we suspect fraud, misuse, or a legal or regulatory requirement.
7. Accuracy of information
Figures, projections and roadmap items on this website are provided in good faith and may change. Audited accounts prevail over any summary shown here. We do not warrant that content is error-free or current at all times.
8. Intellectual property
